Bark with Creamy Vanilla & Root Beer Candy Snack

This Bark recipe is just the snack to get you inspired while you work.Creamy vanilla with rootbeer candies, YUM and so easy to prepare.

What you will need:
9 x 13 pan
wax paper
cooking spray
double boiler or a metal bowl that fits over a pot
14 ounces of WHITEchocolate, broken into pieces. I like to use Wilton(R) WHITE choclate discs.Breaking up is not nessecary.I buy them at Joann fabrics where often on sale or apply a coupon
14 Root beer barrel candies, crushed in a baggie with your kitchen hammer.

Directions
Lightly grease a 9x9 inch pan and line with waxed paper, smoothing out wrinkles; set aside.

Place the White chocolate discs in the top of a double boiler over just barely simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching. When the white choclate is melted, stir in the crushed root beer candies.Pour the melted chocolate and candy into the prepared pan, and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan.

Place in refrigerator till completely cool.

Remove from pan; break into small pieces to serve.
