Corn -it and a Recipe. Ink and Watercolor Sketch

Summer is now officially here for us here in Harmony, PA as the last day of school was yesterday! Can I say YIPPEE again!!  Summer isn't summer unless you have some fresh corn on the cob. This one I did in micronpigma pen  and watercolor. A little recipe recording there too.

What is your favorite way to prepare your corn on the cob?

I like the fresh, bright colors of your sketch. Grilling is my favorite way to do corn.

Wow, I love this! It looks so bright and fresh.
My favorite corn recipe is not that creative (just the "traditional" way here): Put it on a stick, hold into the (ember of a) campfire and add some salt (and maybe lemon juice) before eating. :)

Right on! The corn does mark summer time!

Your corn looks wonderful. Adding a recipe really finishes off the page. The best corn to me is simply boiled a few minutes and eaten without anything added, just pure corn bliss.

Corn on the cob is my favorite summer veggie, watermelon is the favorite fruit. I can never get enough of either.

My recipe for corn is after roasting lightly butter, squeeze fresh lime juice on corn then dive in.
